At Little Miss Holly's, we bring together the best of both worlds with our barbecue style and influences. Our owner is from NYC and our head chef is from Phoenix, Arizona, have grown up in diverse food environments, which is reflected in our food. We strive to embody our motto of "big city flavor, small town."
Barbecue is a wonderfully diverse cuisine, with each region having its own unique approach. We draw inspiration from a wide range of flavors, from the salt and pepper, post oak smoked Texas-style brisket to the sweet rubs, brown sugar, and thick, sweet sauces of Kansas-style barbecue. We also pay homage to the succulent pulled pork of Memphis and the Carolinas, accompanied by two distinct sauces. And let's not forget the Southwest, where Barbacoa reigns supreme and chili peppers add a fiery touch.
With over 30 years of combined experience, Little Miss Holly's combines the best elements from these various styles and puts our own twist on traditional regional barbecue.
